That would be ludicrous! To us those things go without saying!
The days of trawling around estate agents have gone. It’s a nice little feature, maybe a bit of entertainment for a Saturday afternoon, but that’s where it ends. We know you all take a sneaky peak online in your lunch hour? Or in the evening between updating your Facebook and Twitter status? Over a Cappuccino mid- morning with the Walsall advertiser? And we also think that you want to speak to us when you want to (not just when we’re open), so we’ve got extended opening hours. You can call us ANY day of the week including Sundays, while during the week we’re open until 8.00pm. So if you work shifts, have kids to pick up and drop off and even if you don’t, we will be there for you. And, because we don’t claim to be perfect, if we’re not there’s a text message service as well as voicemail, so your voice will get heard.

We genuinely enjoy our work, we’re not pressured or target driven so we are able to be flexible and honest in the process. We won’t tie you in either – you’re free to put your home on with as many agents as you want (we are fairly confident you’ll sell through us). We think we’re a good, ethical and approachable estate agency.
